At Pine Street Clinic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion selection isn't quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our team has processed your refund or shipment.
